Bust

Waist

To measure the waist for text in a size chart, use a flexible measuring tape around the narrowest part of the waist, typically above the belly button and below the ribcage. Ensure the tape is snug but not tight for accurate measurements.

Hips

To measure your hips, stand with your feet together and wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Ensure the tape is level and snug but not tight for an accurate measurement.
